It has excellent road connectivity into central Birmingham but also through the main eastern network to all parts of the country. It also has a superb bus network for more local connectivity.
It is arranged over the ground and four upper floors and was purchased from Specialist Computer Holdings who took a lease back on 60% of the building.
Nurton then completed a medium cost external improvement which gave an excellent change in profile and aesthetic to the building.
The building has subsequently been occupied by British Heart Foundation and the Heart of England NHS and as SCH look to move from the building in late 2016 we will implement a full refurbishment of the internal space to include floor areas, lift lobbies and WCs, and the reception.
We will also look to break down at least one of the 8,000 sq ft wings to smaller spaces which are more appropriate for the general tone of the area, whilst also retaining the flexibility to let whole floors (16,500 sq ft).
The car parking levels in this building are excellent at 1:160 sq ft, however, there are a number of occupiers who require heavier densities and we have multi-deck car parking solutions available to offer an incoming tenant who requires enhanced levels of parking.
