Cameron Homes has acquired a fourth parcel of land on Branston Locks to see their phase of the development extended to 300 Homes.

This continues the success of Nurton Developments' Branston Locks mixed-use scheme, which has consent for 2500 new homes, one million sq ft of commercial space combined with a village centre, significant green infrastructure and a new primary school.

Ian Willicombe, joint venture development partner of Nurton Developments commented. "Despite the economic headwinds there is still demand for serviced land within well planned schemes that provide access to extensive public open space and quality schools."
