Nurton Developments has invested £150,000 at its Cardinal Square offices in Derby to boost the wellbeing of its occupiers.

The new courtyard includes green open spaces, a water feature, outdoors games and meeting pods so people working at the offices can enjoy being outside come rain or shine.

The investment is part of ongoing upgrades to the Grade A offices which have totalled £1.5 million over the past three years.

Located at the junction of the A61 and A52 alongside the inner ring road, Cardinal Square offers excellent connectivity to the M1 and East Midlands Airport.
