Smile Dental has taken 1260 sq ft at Nurton Developments' landmark Cardinal Square offices in Derby.

Located on the junction of the A61 and A52 alongside the inner ring road, Cardinal Square offers excellent connectivity to the M1 and East Midlands Airport.

The new occupier joins Bulkhead, Freeth’s, City Fibre, FTT, Randd, Astute, FHP, and the NHS at the offices,
which now includes a revamped internal courtyard.

The new £150,000 courtyard includes green open spaces, a water feature, outdoors games and meeting pods, so people working at the offices can enjoy being outside come rain or shine.

The investment is part of ongoing upgrades to Cardinal Square which have totalled £1.5 million over the past three years.
