We acquire office buildings in key regional cities and strong market towns. Likely to be multi-let and featuring vacant space that requires refurbishment, external works and new reception treatments.

On industrial & warehousing we look at vacant or short-let distribution units, that require refurbishment and/or extension, and part vacant industrial estates, with a target size across both sectors of £5m to £50m.
