Nurton has entered into a promotion agreement on the 22 acre site which was previously considered for inclusion within the Local Plan and for removal from the Green Belt.
Nurton is promoting the land for residential development and is currently seeking to demonstrate that there is a viable and deliverable scheme on the site, encouraging Warwickshire District Council to identify additional housing beyond that identified in their draft Local Plan and to look at areas of Green Belt which will be released.
