Nurton Developments is bringing forward landscape-led proposals for up to 400 new homes on land at New Road, between East Hagbourne and Didcot.
The emerging plans respond to South Oxfordshire’s need for new homes while creating a connected, attractive and well-planned place to live. The proposals bring together high-quality housing, generous green open space and the infrastructure needed to support both new and existing residents.
Alongside new public open space, the vision includes improved walking and cycling connections and new community facilities, including children’s play areas, allotments and orchards.
