Harcourt Trading Estate, on Halesfield 11 in Telford, Shropshire comprised two terraces of industrial units totalling 67,300 sq.ft. When it as acquired it was let to a single occupier who had sub-let some of the units with other being vacant. When the head lease expired Nurton negotiated a substantial package of dilapidations works with the occupier which we chose to pay to enhance thus significantly improving the estate. The scheme was subsequently let up and sold to a specialist industrial investor in late 2017.
