Our requirements include main roads with direct access off from both carriageways, sites adjacent to existing retail or shopping park and those with urban areas or on strategic junctions. Nurton also hopes to acquire existing industrial premises with good visibility with access capable of being remodelled for Trade Park users and former PFS, pub sites and car showrooms.
